Winemaker's Description: Deep ruby in color with a brick rim.  Strong nose of blackberries, figs, smoke, licorice, vegetables, earth, wood, vanilla, leather, green pepper, mocha, coffee, chocolates, tobacco, beef jerky and peppercorn.  Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, bell pepper, cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, earth, spices, leather, smoke, peppermint and peppercorn.  Full bodied with medium acidity, and elegant with long legs
